The short version

• You're billed monthly through Stripe, automatically. There's no fixed-term contract.

• Cancel anytime, we just need 14 days' notice.

• If you've approved a post in your current billing month, that month is still payable, even if you cancel straight after.

• Nothing gets posted without you approving it first.

• Published content is yours. We may show it in our own portfolio unless you ask us not to.

• We can't promise exact results. LinkedIn's algorithm and policies are outside our control.

1. The service

ThinkOnce creates, prepares and schedules LinkedIn content on your behalf, based on the package you've subscribed to. Content is provided for your review and approval before anything is published.

2. Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe and renew automatically. There is no fixed-term contract. If at least one post has been approved within your current billing month, that month's payment is not refundable.

3. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time by giving at least 14 days' notice, via the Account tab in this portal or by emailing support@thinkonce.ai. Your subscription stays active, and you'll continue to be billed, until that notice period ends.

4. Content approval

Nothing is published without your approval through this portal. You're responsible for reviewing content before approving it, including for factual accuracy about your own business. ThinkOnce is not liable for content you have approved.

5. Ownership

Once published, the content belongs to you and your business. ThinkOnce may reference published, publicly visible posts in its own portfolio or marketing unless you ask us not to.

6. No guaranteed results

ThinkOnce does not guarantee specific engagement, follower growth, or business outcomes from published content. LinkedIn's own algorithm and policies are outside our control, and LinkedIn account actions (such as suspensions) are managed solely by LinkedIn.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
